- MafiaThug IS NOT appropriate for persons under the age of 15, by playing the game, or signing up for an account, you agree that you are over the age of 15.
- MafiaThug is not responsible for any illegal, offending, or inappropriate actions made by users inside or outside of the game, including Internet and real life actions.
- MafiaThug is allowed to deny any person access to the game without a valid reason, nor does any reason have to be told to the player.

- MafiaThug is allowed to suspend access to the game to any user without a valid reason.
- MafiaThug has no obligations to any player.
-MafiaThug can kill or delete an account when the rules are broken.
-MafiaThug can delete or suspend an account when the rules are broken.
-You are not allowed under any circumstances to sell nor trade your account.
-MafiaThug has the right to change the rules at any time without contacting players and to make decisions based on non-written rules.
-MafiaThug Players that donate have no extra rights and can't claim rights. to disobey the rules.
- By creating an account you agree that MafiaThug is allowed to read your in-game mail whether they notify you or not.
- Using any type of macro program, multi tabbing, browser plug-ins or game enhancing programs is strictly forbidden. Any user caught doing this will be banned from the game.
-MafiaThug have no support for account selling. Account selling is strictly not allowed!!, and as stated you are only allowed ONE account.
- Remember,MafiaThug is only a game and anything you do here could impact serious pain in real life situations.
- MafiaThug have the right to decline any refunds and disputes at will.
- Your account will be banned if you try to refund your donations.
